QHD New Light Vehicle Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd with its brand name JASTOO was built on the year 2011. Through ten years of development and growth, sales branch Hainan JASTOO international trade Co., Ltd was built on the year 2021 .

Our company has strong R & D strength, and the main management and technical staffs are the builders of the first forged wheel production line in China. In addition to the superb advantages of professional skills, the core team members have accumulated rich experience in many years of technology research and production management which is leading most domestic companies.

JASTOO provides forged aluminum wheels for truck and bus, trailer, passenger cars, military special trucks, motorcycle bike as well as off-road vehicles.

JASTOO uses the finest 6061 aluminum forgings and produce wheels sizes from 16 inch to 30 inch, annual output reach 500,000 pieces.

JASTOO strives to provide the highest quality product possible at a cost that is both competitive and affordable. To this end, all JASTOO forged wheels are built in the factory IATF 16949 certified and approved by DOT(US) certificate. Each model wheel is well tested with its standard dimensions.

JASTOO also ensures the quality of its products by inspecting parts post-production. In the laboratory testing is available to verify the mechanical properties of various samples. All of this is done to ensure you get the highest quality, safest wheel available for your driving.

JASTOO believes in fully testing its products – both in the development process and during production. For that purpose JASTOO has assembled a complete state of the art laboratory test facility. The lab includes equipment to test:

● Impact Testing
● Neutral Salt Spray Tester
● Water Spray Tester
● CASS Tester
● Material Tensile Tester
● Brinell Hardness Tester

Limited Warranty available on all JASTOO wheel styles: JASTOO warrants that its wheels, when properly installed will be free from structural defects under normal and reasonable use as long as you own the wheels. This Limited Warranty carries an average of 24 months structural failure warranty from the original date of purchase (except for specific models). This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of wheels, at the discretion of JASTOO Wheels, for any wheels determined to be defective and covered under warranty. Installation costs, transportation costs, or loss of use is not covered under this warranty. Accessories determined to be defective in workmanship or materials while the wheel is under warranty will be repaired or replaced.

This warranty does not cover corrosion due to chemicals, improper cleaning or maintenance, climatic conditions, neglect or wheels damaged in transit, tire mounting, vehicle installation, accident, alteration or loading beyond rated capacity. Wheels will not be replaced due to defects in accessories.
